FAQ
FAQ
Are the products suitable for puppies? Fragranced varieties are unsuitable for puppies under 14 weeks.
Is the packaging sustainable? All products are supplied in aluminium tins. Aluminium can be recycled forever. They do however, have an EPE liner to protect against leakage. Your labels will be printed on paper in most cases and you can read more about my printers eco credentials here. If however, your logo is of a low resolution it may be necessary to print on vinyl to achieve the best quality imagery. This does not happen often and in that scenario, I will make you aware. All ingredients used are of a cosmetic or food grade and sourced from reputable UK suppliers well known within the industy.
Can I purchase mixed packs of your products for wholesale? Yes I can make up mixed bulk packs - these are treated as custom wholesale - just drop me an email to enquiries@thedogandi.co.uk with what your requirements and I will let you know a price. If you stick to the same pack sizes as those on my website ie 25/50/100 the prices will be the same - I will send you an invoice for payment.
Are there specific things that need to be included on the label? Yes, as a minimum you need to include the weight, any allergens and warnings, name, address and contact telephone number. You also need a batch number, which is supplied after purchase. This can be handwritten on if you have a stock of labels that you intend to reuse for different batches. An ingredients list is not a legal requirement but I do include it on my labels. I have included a suggested label layout in the product images.
