FAQ
FAQ
Are the products suitable for puppies? Fragranced varieties are unsuitable for puppies under 14 weeks.
Why has my balm got little grainy balls in it? Don’t panic – it hasn’t gone off! It’s just the natural butters and oils (like shea or coconut) doing their thing. When they melt and cool at different rates, they can form little crystals. This can happen soon after being made or a few months later. It is normal. A bit like the white bloom you may see on chocolate occasionally. They melt straight into your skin with a bit of warmth and don’t affect the balm’s at all.
Is the packaging sustainable? All products are supplied in aluminium tins. Aluminium can be recycled forever. They do however, have an EPE liner to protect against leakage. Your labels will be printed on paper in most cases and you can read more about my printers eco credentials here. If however, your logo is of a low resolution it may be necessary to print on vinyl to achieve the best quality imagery. This does not happen often and in that scenario, I will make you aware. All ingredients used are of a cosmetic or food grade and sourced from reputable UK suppliers well known within the industy.
